CONFIDENT IN...
A WORKSHOP SERIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
Growing into yourself can feel confusing — and sometimes overwhelming. That’s why I created CONFIDENT IN…, a series of workshops designed to help young people build true confidence from the inside out.
Each workshop focuses on a key part of growing up with emotional strength and self-trust:
-
CONFIDENT IN WHO YOU ARE — Explore your unique worth and learn how to stand in your own power with kindness and ease.
-
CONFIDENT IN HOW YOU SPEAK — Find your authentic voice, listen deeply, and communicate with clarity and courage.
-
CONFIDENT IN WHAT YOU NEED — Understand your values, set healthy boundaries, and protect your wellbeing with confidence.
-
CONFIDENT UNDER PRESSURE — Build resilience, manage stress, and show up calm and focused when it matters most.
Together, these workshops create a supportive space where young people feel seen, heard, and ready to step into the world as their most confident selves.

CONFIDENT IN
WHO YOU ARE
Adolescence can be full of self-doubt, comparison, and pressure to fit in. This workshop offers a supportive space to press pause — and reconnect with who you are underneath it all.
Together, we’ll explore what confidence really means to you — not as something to “perform,” but as a way of feeling grounded, safe, and proud in your own skin. You’ll learn to recognise and challenge the internal blockers that get in the way, and build tools to support your self-trust and expression.
Expect a mix of honest conversations, creative reflection, and practical tools you can try out with your body and voice — so you leave with your own confident roadmap and the skills to show up in life with more ease, clarity, and self-belief.

CONFIDENT IN
HOW YOU SPEAK
Speaking up can feel scary — especially when you’re not sure how you’ll be received. This workshop helps young people build the confidence to express themselves clearly, calmly, and in a way that truly feels like them.
Using fun and practical tools from professional actor training, we explore how your voice, body language, and presence shape how you come across — and how you feel when you communicate.
You’ll learn how to be more present in conversations, listen actively, ask powerful questions, and speak in a way that helps you feel heard and understood.
This is about more than just “speaking well” — it’s about building the confidence to show up as yourself, and to communicate with honesty, respect and clarity.
Expect movement, voice work, real talk, and space to try things out in a safe, supportive environment.
CONFIDENT IN
WHAT YOU NEED
Knowing where you stand — and how to stand up for it — is a key part of feeling confident in yourself and your relationships. This workshop helps young people get clear on what really matters to them, and how to communicate that with kindness and strength.
We explore what healthy boundaries look like in everyday life — whether it’s with friends, family, teachers, or online — and how to spot when something doesn’t feel right.
You’ll discover the different types of boundaries (emotional, physical, digital, and more) and learn how to express them in ways that feel true to you.
Through real-life scenarios, script work, and role-play, you’ll practise setting boundaries in a safe, supportive space — so you’re ready to handle tricky moments with more confidence and clarity.

CONFIDENT
UNDER PRESSURE
Exams can feel overwhelming — but stress doesn’t have to take over. This workshop is designed to help young people feel calmer, more in control, and better equipped to face exam season with confidence.
Together, we’ll explore what anxiety actually is, how it shows up in your body and mind, and what you can do when it does. You’ll learn how to spot unhelpful thought patterns, and gain simple tools to manage your stress before it spirals.
We’ll also look at your personal learning and revision style and create strategies that work for you — including breathing techniques, focus tips, screen time habits, and how to build a healthy routine around revision, rest, and sleep.
This isn’t just about surviving exams — it’s about supporting your overall wellbeing so you can feel steady, focused, and confident in yourself.
