COMFORTABLE
CONFIDENCE
Celebrate your worth, embrace your individuality and learn how to authentically communicate with comfortable confidence.
Explore what confidence means to you and why it is important to you. Practice challenging your confidence blockers, plan your confident roadmap and learn how to physically step into your confidence.


COMMUNICATION
Be heard. Be seen. Be understood. Learn how to communicate with confidence, using physical and vocal skills from professional actor training.
Discover the power of being fully present in a conversation through active listening and the use of great questions. Rehearse how to maximise the power of your voice to communicate clearly. Explore what your body language and vocal tone are really telling other people and find out how to access and harness your comfortable confidence to promote concise and healthy communication.
BOUNDARIES
Define your personal values and discover your relational needs. Rehearse how to set healthy boundaries in a way that feels authentic for you and protects your relationships.
In this workshop you will refine your life values and learn skills in how to live by them daily. You will be introduced to the different types of boundaries you can implement, depending on the situation and your personal limits. You will rehearse a variety of life-scenarios, implementing your confident boundaries through script work and role play.


EXAM ANXIETY
Build resilience, gain a deeper understanding of your optimal learning state and explore self-care options that suit you.
Learn how to recognise the thoughts, feelings, behaviour cycle and discover strategies to cope with. Explore breathing techniques and establish healthy habits around screen time, sleep hygiene and revision management.
