

COMMUNITY WELLBEING WORKSHOPS
My popular small-group workshops offer a powerful space for self-discovery, connection and growth. Each session is a chance to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself in a safe, nurturing and gently challenging environment.
Workshops last around 2 - 3 hours and are kept intimate (usually 10–15 participants) to ensure a high-quality, personalised experience.
Held in private, welcoming venues across Greater Manchester, each workshop is led by Gemma Cousins ACC, an accredited Confidence Coach and proud member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), known for her grounded, compassionate approach.
I currently offer three in-person confidence and wellbeing workshops for community groups, wellbeing spaces and organisations. These workshops are UNCOVER, PROTECT and PRESENT and each workshop explores a different aspect of confidence and can be booked as a standalone session or as a short series.
All workshops are open to adults of all genders (18+) and are delivered in a calm, inclusive and supportive way, with a focus on both emotional wellbeing and practical tools.
My approach blends coaching, reflection and embodied practices so confidence is not just talked about, but experienced in the body and in everyday decision-making.
Workshops are delivered in a supportive group format and typically include:

UNCOVER
UNCOVER is about reconnecting with who you are underneath self-doubt, people-pleasing and external expectations.
This workshop supports participants to explore their values, inner strengths and personal identity, helping them build confidence that feels grounded and authentic rather than performative.
Through coached guided exercises, reflection and group discussion, participants begin to strengthen self-trust and develop a clearer sense of what matters to them and how they want to show up in their lives.
This workshop is particularly helpful for people who feel disconnected from themselves, unsure of their direction or stuck in patterns of comparison and self-criticism.

PROTECT
PROTECT focuses on confidence in relationships, communication and everyday interactions.This workshop helps participants develop awareness of their emotional and practical needs, understand where their boundaries are, and build confidence in expressing those needs clearly and respectfully.
Participants explore common patterns such as over-giving, avoidance, people-pleasing and difficulty saying no and learn practical tools to protect their energy, time and wellbeing.
PROTECT supports people to feel more confident advocating for themselves, navigating relationships with greater clarity and maintaining self-respect alongside care for others.

PRESENT
PRESENT supports participants to build confidence in being seen and heard, whether in meetings, presentations, creative spaces or everyday conversations.
This workshop works with voice, posture, breath and body awareness alongside mindset and emotional responses, helping participants feel more comfortable expressing themselves without forcing confidence or masking nerves.
Drawing on both coaching and performance-based techniques, participants explore how to speak with greater clarity, presence and authenticity and how to manage nerves in a way that feels supportive rather than restrictive.
Express is ideal for people who want to feel more confident speaking up, sharing ideas, presenting or simply taking up more space in conversations.
