ABOUT

Hello, I'm Gemma
I help self-aware women rebuild their confidence from the inside out—without pretending, people-pleasing or performing.
Drawing on over 20 years as a professional actor and certified coach, I coach you in embodying what I call Comfortable Confidence: a grounded, honest, feel-it-in-your-body kind of self-trust. The kind that doesn’t need to shout or prove. It just is.
Whether you're navigating a life change, stepping into a new role, or just tired of second-guessing yourself, my work gives you the tools, space, and support to finally feel like you again—more present, more grounded, more powerful.
MY STORY
I spent over two decades on stage and screen—learning how to stand tall under pressure, speak with conviction, and recover from rejection.
But the biggest lessons weren’t in the scripts I memorised. They came in the moments between roles—when I wasn’t sure who I was without a character to play. Like many women, I got very good at performing confidence.
What I didn’t realise was how much of myself I was editing to stay liked, safe, or successful.
The turning point?
Realising I didn’t need to fake confidence—I could feel it.
Realising I didn't have to wear confidence like a costume, instead I could own confidence that rooted in a deep trust of myself. That’s what I now call Comfortable Confidence.

COMFORTABLE CONFIDENCE
Comfortable confidence is the ability to:
-
Take up space without apology.
-
Speak up without second-guessing.
-
Stay grounded even when life gets shaky.
Now, I help women like you find that feeling too. I combine performance tools, mindset shifts, and compassionate coaching to help you release old patterns, reset your inner voice, and reconnect with the version of you that’s been there all along—confident, capable, and completely yourself.
Because confidence doesn’t arrive from becoming someone else. It comes from coming back to you.
