VALUES WORKSHEET
To aid in devising your confident mindset, I recommend you complete the worksheet below before the workshop begins.
Understanding your values ensures you set any intention in alignment with your core self. The worksheet helps you to whittle your values down to five but if you end up with slightly more or slightly fewer, don't worry. We will be using these values in the workshop so please make sure to bring it with you.
2. AN OBJECT
Please bring an object along with you to the workshop. This object should be something that you hold positive thoughts towards. For example, a piece of jewellery, a pebble collected on a beautiful walk, an heirloom or an inspiring piece of art. If you would rather not bring the object in person or if it is too big to, why not take a picture of it on your phone. Either way, be sure to bring it along.
3. WHAT TO EXPECT
This workshop will combine group conversation, solo writing exercises and, partner (dyad) discussion to help to uncover your true intentions and devise ways to action them. With that in mind, please take a look at the FAQs below to help you to prepare yourself ahead of time.
4. CODE OF ETHICS
At the opening of the workshop we will contract together what we expect from each other in the session, but the main piece of contracting that I would like to establish now in reassurance is that everything that is spoken of or experienced in the workshop remains completely confidential. In order for us to be vulnerable, we need to feel safe and so I insist on ethical practice that is inline with the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics.
5. HEALTH & SAFETY
Lastly, please make sure you fill in the online Health & Safety Form ahead of the workshop.
I look forward to seeing you there.
