This workshop isn’t about performing confidence or getting it “right”. It’s a space to explore how your confidence already works and how you might relate to it differently.

You don’t need to arrive feeling confident.

You don’t need to prepare perfectly.

You just need to come as you are.
YOUR CURRENT CONFIDENCE
If you get chance before the workshop, grab your journal, notebook or simply a piece of paper and answer the following questions.

When do I feel most like myself?

When do I hold back or second-guess?

What do I believe confidence looks like?

Where do I think I “should” be more confident?
WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ll be invited to:

You are always in choice and you can share as much or as little as feels right for you.
