So that you can make the most of your upcoming workshop experience, this page offers you some valuable resources ahead of time.

BELIEFS WORKSHEET
To aid in devising your confident mindset, I recommend you complete the worksheet below before the workshop begins.
Realising beliefs that have limited, and continue to limit you can take a bit of working out so try to allow yourself adequate time and space to do this. We will be using these beliefs in the workshop so please make sure to bring it with you.
2. CONFIDENCE JOURNAL
Another valuable aid when discovering your comfortable confidence is journalling.
Start a journal, using an empty notebook, the notes on your phone or an existing journal. Make today, the day that you are reading this resource page, day 1 of your Confidence Journal and use these prompts to help focus awareness on your confidence.
Morning (3 mins max)
1. How do I feel this morning? Where do I feel it in my body?
2. How confident do I feel about myself today? (Scale of 1-10, 1 being very low, 10 being very high).
Evening (3 mins max)
1. How do I feel this evening? Where do I feel it in my body?
2. Did I feel confident at any point today? If so, when and where did I feel it?
Try not to overthink your answers too much. Write what first comes to mind and trust your first answer. This takes 6 minutes each day.
3. WHAT TO EXPECT
This workshop will combine group conversation, partner (dyad) discussion and coach-led exercises and role play to experiment with your individual confidence in a variety of hypothetical settings. With that in mind, please take a look at the FAQs below to help you to prepare yourself ahead of time.
4. CODE OF ETHICS
At the opening of the workshop we will contract together what we expect from each other in the session, but the main piece of contracting that I would like to establish now in reassurance is that everything that is spoken of or experienced in the workshop remains completely confidential. In order for us to be vulnerable, we need to feel safe and so I insist on ethical practice that is inline with the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics.
5. HEALTH & SAFETY
Lastly, please make sure you fill in the online Health & Safety Form ahead of the workshop.
I look forward to seeing you there.
