Service Description
A weekly safe space, warm enough and structured enough for you to rehearse new behaviours, strengthen your self trust and feel the benefits of being supported by a group who are all working on the same thing: CONFIDENCE.

Cancellation Policy
By booking your place in The Confidence Class, you agree to the policy below. Booking options: • £15 per session • £72 for a six session block All payments are taken online at the time of booking. Refunds and missed sessions: All bookings are non refundable. Missed sessions cannot be reimbursed or transferred, whether booked individually or as part of a block. Weekly take home resources will be handed out or emailed to all class members. Class capacity: Spaces are limited to keep the group supportive and intimate. Bookings are confirmed on a first come, first served basis. If I need to cancel: If a class has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered or a refund will be issued for that session. Respecting the space: The Confidence Class is a confidential, supportive environment. Participants are asked to respect one another’s privacy and boundaries.
