Service Description

An online workshop for coaches, facilitators, teachers, practitioners, leaders, creatives and anyone who wants to feel more grounded, authentic and connected in moments where they are being seen, heard or relied upon. Whether you are leading a workshop, teaching a class, speaking in meetings, delivering presentations or navigating conversations where pressure and visibility can make you lose your footing, this workshop is designed to help you stay connected to yourself whilst engaging with others. Drawing from coaching, nervous system awareness and over 20 years of professional performance experience, Hold the Room explores what happens internally when we feel under pressure and how we can communicate with greater presence and authenticity without feeling as though we have to perform, overcompensate or become someone else in order to do so. Together we will explore: • awareness of what happens under pressure • understanding the nervous system and stress responses • practical embodied tools • communication, authenticity and navigating different or clashing personality types without losing connection to yourself • integration, self-trust and connection This isn't about learning to perform confidence. It is about developing a more comfortable relationship with being seen, heard and taking up space in a way that feels natural and sustainable to you.
