So that you can make the most of your forthcoming workshop, this page offers you some valuable resources ahead of time.

In the Boundaries workshop, you will be refining your life values and learning skills to live by them daily, so it is important that you have a list of 5 core values before you attend.

If you have 5 core values already then great, just make sure they still resonate with you and bring them with you to the workshop.

If you are not sure where to start, here is a Values Worksheet to help you through the process.

Please make sure to bring your list of 5 core values with you to the workshop.

You will also be introduced to the different types of boundaries you can implement, depending on the situation and your personal limits. In order for you to begin the process of acknowledging your personal limits, please print and complete this Questionnaire and bring it with you to the workshop. If you do not have a printer, make a note of the questions and your answers in a notebook and bring that with you.

You will rehearse a variety of life-scenarios, implementing your confident boundaries through script work and role play. This workshop will combine conversation, partner (dyad) coaching and written exercises and role play. With that in mind, please take a look at the FAQs below to help you to prepare yourself ahead of time.

At the opening of the workshop we will contract together what we expect from each other in the session, but the main piece of contracting that I would like to establish now in reassurance is that everything that is spoken of or experienced in the workshop remains completely confidential. In order for us to be vulnerable, we need to feel safe and so I insist on ethical practice that is inline with the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics.

Lastly, please make sure you fill in the online Health & Safety Form ahead of the workshop.

Can't wait to see you there!
