Teen Discovery Call (with parent/s)

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a discovery call. I’m really looking forward to meeting you. This is a free 45-minute conversation for both parent/carer and young person to explore what support might be helpful and whether coaching feels like a good fit. Who attends Parent/carer and young person are both invited to attend. Part of the call may include a short 1–1 conversation with the young person, so they have space to speak freely. Timing Discovery calls are 45 minutes and run to time. Rescheduling and cancellations If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible so the slot can be offered to another family. Missed calls or late cancellations may mean a further booking isn’t offered. What to expect This is a relaxed conversation to understand what’s been going on, what support might look like and to answer any questions. There is no pressure to commit.
