YOU MATTER TOO - A Workshop
A workshop for women who give a lot and are ready to stop coming last in their own lives
Available spots
Service Description
“I’m exhausted.” “I keep saying yes when I don’t want to.” “I’m last on the list.” If any of these sound familiar, this workshop is for you. Many women are thoughtful, capable and deeply caring. Over time, that can turn into over-giving, people pleasing and quietly pushing your own needs aside. This workshop offers a supportive space to pause and take stock. We’ll explore self-worth, people pleasing and boundaries, with a focus on prioritising yourself in ways that strengthen your relationships rather than strain them. This isn’t about becoming less kind or more selfish. It’s about including yourself again so you can show up with more clarity, energy and presence for the people and things you care about. What we’ll explore together 1. Reconnecting with what matters to you Coaching-led exercises to help you notice what genuinely matters to you, where your energy is being drained and what helps restore it. You’ll learn simple ways to assess your needs so you can make more intentional choices rather than running on empty. 2. Protecting what you need Practical, supportive work on asserting your needs and creating boundaries that feel steady and realistic. This isn’t about becoming harder or more confrontational. It’s about learning how to protect your energy and self-worth in everyday relationships. 3. Nurturing and closing We’ll close with gentle self-care practices to help you settle and integrate the work. This includes guided reflection and a short meditation, so you leave feeling grounded, resourced and more connected to yourself.
